UPSC ASSISTANT PUBLIC PROSECUTOR & PP SYLLABUS
- Objective type with multiple choices of answers Exams.
- 2 hours duration.
- Maximum Marks: 300 marks
Negative Marking: – There will be penalty for wrong answer. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.

(2) Criminal Law including IPC and CrPC
(3) Indian Evidence Act
(4) Prevention of Corruption Act
(5) Delhi Special Police Establishment Act
(6) Information Technology Act (IT Act)
(7) Central Vigilance Commission Act (CVC Act)
(8) Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA Act 2002)
WEIGHTAGE OF THE TEST :
Recruitment Test (RT) and Interview carry 75:25 weightage for those candidates shortlisted based on Recruitment Test (RT) and qualify in the Interview.
INTERVIEW – {50 marks}
The suitability of the candidates shall be assessed with reference to his capacity, Character, Personality and Physical Fitness.
