PAPER –I — LAW -I – 100 Marks
THE INDIAN PENAL CODE, FINAL REPORT AND FRAMING OF CHARGE, INCLUDING TRANSLATION:
  • The Indian Panel Code : 60 Marks
  • Final report and Framing of Charge : 20 Marks
  • English to Tamil Translation : 10 Marks
  • Tamil to English Translation : 10 Marks
Note: To test the Practical knowledge present case laws and problem; questions will be asked compulsorily.

  • The Evidence Act (Amendment) : 20 Marks
  • The Civil Procedure Code : 20 Marks

    • Section 11 : Res judicata
    • Order VII : Plaint (Simple format)
