§3
Appointment of Commissioner.
The Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise for the State appointed under section 3 of the 1Telangana Excise Act, 1968 shall, subject to the general or special orders of the Government in this behalf, be, the Chief controlling authority in all matters connected with the administration of this Act.
