Chapter 1
PRELIMINARY
(1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Forest Act, 1967.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
(3) It shall come into force on such date2as the State Government may, by notification in the 1Telangana Gazette, appoint.
