Chapter -4
CONSEQUENCES OF MARRIAGE UNDER THIS ACT
The marriage solemnized under this Act of any member of an undivided family who professes the Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh or Jaina religions shall be deemed to effect his severance from such family.
